For our third Los Angeles Mixergy Meetup, the topic of the night will be about Co-founders.

Discussion will cover general questions about co-founder working relations; Equity divisions; Partnership forming; And more.

The format will consist of three parts, introduction of guests and short discussion; question and answer session with the audience; then reception. We will be joined by three distinguished guests. Two are co-founders and the third an attorney who specializes in partnership forming.

Los Angeles Mixergy Meetup (LAMM CHAPTER) is not your typical get together. It is a meetup of a closed knit community of Mixergy/FoundersMix peers. There is no membership and everyone is welcome. You get the chance to mingle with friends, startup entrepreneurs, Angel investors, web programmers, marketers and social media aficionados.
